Key Responsibilities

  • •Iterate and execute an annual executive communications strategy and plan positioning the CPTO as the transformative leader behind Twilio’s innovation story
  • •Own key CPTO content, including keynotes, internal presentations, blogs, press, and social media
  • •Partner with PMM and CorpComms to deliver forward-looking communications that tell Twilio’s innovation story from R&D leaders
  • •Develop thought leadership and quarterly/all-hands communications representing R&D, including content for events and Builder culture
  • •Drive change management communications within R&D and build relationships to inform CPTO communications strategy

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of communications experience, including at least 3 years in a dedicated executive communications role
  • •5+ years of experience in the tech industry

  • •Strong executive presence and ability to advise on communications strategy across all levels of the organization
