Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of graphics systems engineers and technical leaders.
  • •Create and own team strategy, roadmaps, priorities, and schedules.
  • •Drive predictable execution across graphics chips, platforms, and APIs.
  • •Collaborate with GPU architecture, hardware, research, and platform teams on technical direction and hardware/software co-design.
  • •Mentor engineers and technical leaders while hiring and developing talent; improve engineering practices, infrastructure, and agentic development workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years in graphics, GPU, or platform engineering, including 5+ years leading engineering teams.
  • •Deep understanding of GPU architecture, graphics/compute pipelines, system software, and hardware/software co-design.
  • •Experience in at least two of: graphics drivers, shader compilation, graphics/compute APIs, or shading languages.
  • •Proven success leading cross-functional software teams and shipping production-quality systems.
