Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation programs across multiple teams
•Translate strategy into execution plans, milestones, and deliverables
•Drive prioritization, scheduling, and resource planning for AI initiatives
•Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, business, stakeholders) to ensure alignment and progress
•Track program performance, risks, and dependencies, and adjust plans as needed

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•7+ years in technical program/project management
•Experience delivering software, data, or AI-related initiatives
•Strong track record managing complex, cross-functional programs
•Proficiency with agile methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and planning tools such as JIRA
