Key Responsibilities

  • •Clear trade alerts that have been backed up due to a change in trade surveillance systems.
  • •Conduct daily surveillance to ensure compliance with appropriate rules, regulations, and firm policies.
  • •Perform research and investigations to identify the reason for potential violations.
  • •Document research results and escalate violations and/or suspicious activity according to firm policy and regulatory requirements.
  • •Liaise with Information Technology and Senior Management in the development, review, and clearing of surveillance models

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in trade surveillance or financial compliance
  • •Ability to conduct daily surveillance to ensure rules, regulations, and firm policies are followed
  • •Ability to perform investigations to identify reasons for potential violations
  • •Strong documentation of research results and escalation of violations or suspicious activity
  • •Ability to liaise with Information Technology and Senior Management on surveillance model development, review, and clearing
