Job Summary

Provide on-site end-user support for technical incidents and service requests at a client site in Lisle, Illinois. Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site end-user support for technical incidents and service requests, managing issues from diagnosis through resolution.
•Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair for desktops/laptops and printers.
•Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve service levels.
•Manage shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory of laptop/desktop/peripheral equipment and maintain accurate asset records.
•Serve as backup support for VIPs and provide secondary coverage for plant operations support, including periodic travel to East Chicago.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27 - 34 hourly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of relevant IT support experience (remote and onsite).
•Client-facing experience providing customer support.
•Experience working in a Windows operating system environment.
•Ability to physically perform general office requirements (minimum 30 lbs).
•High school diploma or equivalent.
