Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide on-site end-user support for technical incidents and service requests, managing issues from diagnosis through resolution.
  • •Perform troubleshooting, parts replacement, systems upgrades, deployment, and repair for desktops/laptops and printers.
  • •Update and resolve tickets in a timely manner to achieve service levels.
  • •Manage shipping, receiving, tracking, and inventory of laptop/desktop/peripheral equipment and maintain accurate asset records.
