Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in designing technical solutions, considering architecture, quality, and scalability, and start incorporating company technologies and services into proposals.
•Develop new features autonomously, applying best practices for quality, security, and performance, and handle mid-complexity tasks in collaboration with the team.
•Contribute to monitoring and application stability by identifying performance or availability issues and escalating with sufficient context to resolve.
•Identify opportunities to improve code and team processes, propose concrete solutions, and implement them with the team.
•Make data-driven decisions using dashboards, analytics tools, and the team’s collective experience.

Key Requirements

•Have experience with Golang; desirable knowledge of Java and a frontend framework such as React, Angular, or similar.
•Knowledge of generative AI, RAG, machine learning, autonomous agents, and large-scale data processing tools like BigQuery.
•Experience with unit and integration testing and technical documentation.
•Experience with monitoring and resiliency tools/strategies such as Datadog, Kibana, circuit breakers, retry, and rate limiting.
