Job Summary

Graphic Specialist will execute design development for P&G’s packaging and product visuals, producing Digital Templates and graphic adaptations that align with Brand and Design Intent. You’ll manage artwork production workflows, collaborate across the Artwork Production team, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery across multiple product variants.

Key Responsibilities

•Plans and manages design execution work and critical path schedule, owns elevating issues to key business partners to enable informed decision-making and on-time artwork delivery
•Execute with excellence and on Design Intent graphics adaptations and Digital Templates
•Manages projects within WebCenter and provides low-level support to the multi-functional team
•Deliver Design Intent Production KPIs on target: on-time production, quality, and design accuracy
•Govern and manage asset library and oversee the multi-functional approval process for graphic adaptations and digital templates

Key Requirements

•Degree in graphic design or related field and/or 2-3 years of experience in graphic and/or print production
•Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
•Strong understanding of brand architecture and design language; ability to apply design principles across variants
•Excellent verbal and written communication in English; strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
•Ability to manage design execution, timelines, and approvals across a matrixed team
