Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deliver a people strategy aligned with Logistics business priorities, operational demand, and future growth.
  • •Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and forecasting to align headcount with productivity, service, and cost objectives.
  • •Support organisation design and change initiatives, including warehouse expansion, restructuring, automation, and transformation.
  • •Handle complex employee relations matters, including investigations, disciplinary cases, grievances, absence, performance management, and terminations.
  • •Maintain a visible HR presence across operational sites and use workforce insights to implement practical actions; monitor key people indicators.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate or postgraduate qualification, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management or a related discipline.
  • •6 to 8 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HR management role.
  • •Strong business-partnering experience in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, retail distribution, e-commerce, or similar operational environments.
  • •Experience in workforce planning, employee relations, organisational change, performance management and talent development.
  • •Strong English communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills; Arabic is considered an advantage.
