Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with HR and leadership teams to support culture-building, employee engagement, change management, and key company initiatives.
•Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, taking programs from concept through delivery.
•Act as the air traffic controller for corporate messaging, using strong storytelling instincts to synthesize complex business and strategic concepts into content that resonates across all levels of the organization.
•Ensure consistency in tone, branding and messaging across platforms while maintaining a communications strategy built to drive engagement and reinforce key messages.
•Manage internal communications platforms (e.g., intranets, Slack, email marketing platforms, digital signage), vendors, and governance processes while measuring the success of programs through employee feedback and data-driven insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 108,500 - 144,500 annually

Key Requirements

•5 to 8+ years of professional experience in internal communications, with at least 5 years developing and executing internal communications strategies and programs.
•Proven experience in executive communications and ghostwriting. This includes a range of activities from developing social media posts and videos to internal emails.
•Exceptional writing, editorial, proofreading and verbal communications skills; ability to clearly communicate across a variety of platforms and confidently make recommendations to senior stakeholders, including executive leadership.
•Strong storytelling skills that support a well-informed, engaged and connected workforce across various regions and cultures.
•Outstanding project and change management skills, including proven experience managing global announcement and event calendars.
