Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop clear driver spiels, announcements, and daily instructions to ensure alignment and operational clarity.
  • •Prepare and maintain reports on delivery performance, driver feedback, and supply status to support data-driven decisions.
  • •Execute driver account updates, including vehicle, plate number, and contact information changes, and related requests.
  • •Process driver cash-outs and oversee daily driver platform withdrawals through manual and in-app channels with accuracy and security.
  • •Process driver KYC applications across GCash, Maya, and UnionBank of the Philippines, and identify process improvements to increase approval rates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • •Familiarity with KYC processes, financial applications, or platform-based operations is an advantage.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), with strong capability in reporting, documentation, and data tracking.
