Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive integrated planning process improvement by mapping, documenting, and maintaining demand and supply planning processes globally.
  • •Partner with regional teams to translate business needs into consistent process standards, decision points, and operating rhythms.
  • •Use data and planner feedback to identify process gaps, root causes, and practical improvements across the end-to-end planning ecosystem.
  • •Serve as a business process subject matter expert for demand, supply, and inventory planning workflows within o9 and related tools; define requirements and support testing and adoption.
  • •Develop SOPs, work instructions, RACI charts, process maps, and planning calendars; prepare governance materials and facilitate cross-functional workshops and capability-building sessions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 96,600 - 130,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP/IBP, supply chain operations, or planning transformation roles.
  • •Ability to set vision and drive complex initiatives through cross-functional partnership, including influencing senior leaders.
  • •Comfort operating at both detailed execution level and leadership summary level, simplifying complex topics into clear decisions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • •Six Sigma Black Belt and APICS planning certifications desired.
