Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center to meet production and quality goals.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and implement improvement steps.
  • •Engage and coach assigned team members, provide feedback, and manage performance.
  • •Monitor adherence to systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards; prevent and resolve conflicts.
  • •Review and approve mechanical and physical defects, train associates on Quality Control standards, and help decide whether inventory is repaired or rejected based on estimated cost and quality.
