Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain strategic and daily operational plans for Rides & Attractions within the Technical Services Department.
•Coordinate and assign technicians to set up, install, repair, and maintain all equipment and venue operations.
•Maintain a documentation system for all attractions and ensure daily shift reports are completed.
•Ensure all Ride & Attraction equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with USH policies and local standards.
•Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Ride & Attraction Technicians and foster team cohesion within the Technical Services Team.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum of 5 years of day-to-day operation of a theme park, theatre, or related business

•Ability and willingness to work weekends and holidays
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
