Job Summary

analytic, commercially-driven Finance Manager supporting Dyson’s Global Supply Chain Fulfilment. Partners with Market Supply Chain teams to plan, manage and control operations costs, conduct ad hoc data analysis for senior management, and drive process improvements for financial predictability. Works with remote, diverse teams and interacts across Supply Chain Operations, Global Logistics Procurement and IBP Planning to optimise costs and lead times.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Market Supply Chain team to plan, manage, and control Supply Chain operations costs; analyse operational drivers behind actual results and assess potential end-to-end impacts.
•Conduct regular interlocks with teams across Supply Chain Operations, Global Logistics Procurement, and Global IBP Planning to plan, monitor, and execute against targets.
•Improve internal processes to enhance financial predictability and increase visibility of operational drivers.
•Collaborate with Supply Chain to optimise costs and lead times by driving operational efficiencies.
•Lead RFP/RFQ processes for the markets as the primary finance owner, partnering with procurement and Supply Chain Operations teams.

Key Requirements

•Qualified Accountant or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
•Minimum 7-8 years of relevant work experience.
•Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
•Strong communication across levels and functions (verbal, written, and presentations).
•Project management and/or supply chain experience preferred.
