Key Responsibilities

  • •Influence strategy and important decisions around Service Collection by blending end-to-end business acumen with advanced data science methodologies.
  • •Define, set, and report on department-level KRs for the Service Collection R&D team.
  • •Build and implement measurement frameworks, machine learning models, and tooling to accelerate growth and influence the product roadmap.
  • •Envision, scope, and lead high-impact projects in collaboration with Engineering, Product Management and Design, Data Engineering, and Research and Insights.
  • •Foster a world-class data science culture by leading training, driving continuous learning, and mentoring data scientists.

Key Requirements

  • •9+ years of experience in data science or related fields, with 10+ years preferred along with a post-graduate degree in a quantitative discipline.
  • •Expertise applying a broad variety of ML methods, including LLMs, to solve business problems and know when to apply which methods.
  • •Strong SQL skills and expertise in another data science programming language such as Python or R, including libraries like Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-learn.
  • •A high bar for output quality while balancing shipping results now versus perfection later.
  • •Comfort explaining complex concepts and creating compelling stories for non-data experts and diverse audiences.
