Job Summary

Join NVIDIA’s mixed-signal high-speed I/O team to advance high-speed DSPs, silicon photonics IPs, and chips. Collaborate with analog designers and system architects to define micro-architecture, RTL/firmware, and timing closure, then participate in silicon bring-up, testing, and production across NVLINK, Ethernet, and InfiniBand interconnects.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to frontend development on high-speed DSPs, silicon photonics IPs, and chips and translate requirements into RTL and firmware designs.
•Collaborate with analog designers and system architects to develop micro-architecture specifications, calibration and adaptation algorithms.
•Define and drive backend design constraints and timing closure, evaluating PPA trade-offs with synthesis and place-and-route feedback.
•Participate in silicon bring-up, build testing scripts for debugging and performance tuning, and support production.
•Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful production.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 136,000 - 218,500 annually

Key Requirements

•B.S. or M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
•5+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, proficient with front-end design flow and tools.
•Deep understanding of Verilog or System Verilog, logic design concepts, and typical structures.
•Good understanding of design for test, timing constraints, and static timing analysis.
•Experience with industry verification methodologies, such as UVM.
