Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive repair orders, perform work from the repair order efficiently and accurately, and diagnose the cause of malfunctions.
  • •Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts and save/tag parts when required under warranty or by customer request.
  • •Examine vehicles for additional safety or service needs, notify the service advisor when additional work or schedule changes are required, and document work performed.
  • •Road-test vehicles when required (or route to a test technician) and ensure customer vehicles are not used for personal errands.
  • •Supervise assigned apprentice technicians; attend factory-sponsored training and keep abreast of factory technical bulletins while maintaining shop cleanliness and tool accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an automotive technician with diagnostic/heavy line work.
  • •ASE or manufacturing training, plus strong repair accuracy and efficiency aligned with dealer/factory standards.
  • •High school diploma (or equivalent) and a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • •Must be authorized to work in the USA and be able to pass pre-employment testing (background check, MVR, drug test).
  • •High CSI, manual dexterity, good judgment, and ability to follow safety policies and procedures.
