Buying Assistant (Production Team)

Own production execution for approved gifting products, serving as the primary point of contact for suppliers. Manage critical path timelines across multiple factories, coordinate lab-dips, strike-offs, proofs, samples, and approvals, and ensure shipments move smoothly on time and to specification. Handle purchase order management, maintain accurate documentation in Google Sheets and internal systems, and escalate risks early while partnering closely with Buying, Creative, Logistics, and Account Management.
