Key Responsibilities

•Deliver complex FP&A planning solutions using SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud, including driver-based planning and allocations.
•Configure FP&A processes and develop reports, templates, and related artifacts for budgeting and forecasting activities.
•Translate business processes into functional requirements and guide technical development using specification documentation.
•Review and participate in solution build, test, implementations, rollouts, and upgrades; support solution architect activities as needed.
•Provide production support and collaborate with cross-functional technology and business teams while supporting the FP&A systems roadmap.

Salary: USD 130,000 - 180,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business (or equivalent).
•8+ years of ERP FP&A systems hands-on experience (SAC, Anaplan, OneStream, etc.), including leading up to Lead Architect-level work.
•Hands-on implementation experience with SAP BPC or other FP&A solutions as a technical/functional analyst (templates, configuration, models, dimensions, logic, computations).
•Ability to translate complex technical requirements into “finance-speak” for executive stakeholders and produce functional/technical specifications.
•Strong understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, consolidated financial reporting) with familiarity in data modeling and ETL.
