•Develop and drive PR and communications strategies aligned with business stage and market characteristics.
•Plan and produce high-quality communications content, including in-depth articles, thought leadership pieces, media briefing materials, and speeches.
•Collaborate with global PR and GR teams to build and maintain high-quality media and government relationships.
•Identify media outlet focuses and drive more in-depth and influential coverage.
•Handle public opinion monitoring and crisis communications response to maintain consistent and credible external messaging.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in journalism, communications, sociology, business, or a related field.
•Strong PR and communications background, ideally with experience at top-tier media organizations.
•Excellent content planning and writing skills to independently produce high-quality materials.
•Strong understanding of the local services industry ecosystem, competitive landscape, merchant operating logic, and consumer trends.
•Experience working in overseas markets, with strong understanding of media environments and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
