Software Configuration Analyst

Configure Noggin software to meet project deliverables and user requirements, partnering with Implementation Consultants on user stories and acceptance criteria. Monitor, troubleshoot, and document daily tasks, changes, and software bugs. Evaluate current systems, validate configuration changes through testing, and train/support users on new operations. Maintain internal knowledge base and customer service materials while staying current with relevant technologies and tracking time against a billable target.
