Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct work package delivery activities including organization, scheduling, effort & budget control, and risk & opportunities management.
  • •Run and manage reviews with the business line, project management, and the customer (e.g., monthly and design reviews).
  • •Coordinate work with project teams (system engineering, infrastructure & cyber security, IVVQ) to ensure WP success.
  • •Liaise with the Project Manager and head of disciplines on resources and skills management for the work package.
  • •Oversee co-contracting and subcontracting activities and provide quality engineering solutions for customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant work package or project management experience (minimum 5 years).
  • •Proven experience managing delivery teams of 20+ people.
  • •Strong skills delivering complex systems across software and integrated/cyber environments in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Experience with project management techniques including scheduling, risk management, estimating, progress reporting, and stakeholder management.
  • •Ability to produce engineering documentation (e.g., specifications, design, IVVQ deliverables, and user manuals).
