Build customer relationships and drive sales of deposits, loans, and fee-based services for retail consumers and small businesses. Key Responsibilities

•Use the consultative sales process and Financial Needs Assessment to build a customer profile and identify financial needs.
•Maintain in-depth knowledge of retail consumer and small business products/services and recommend solutions using the value proposition.
•Utilize CAMP and approved marketing tools to proactively reach out to customers and set appointments for periodic financial reviews.
•Cross-sell to the existing customer base and perform outside sales activities including community financial literacy events and business sales calls.
•Work with business partners to refer customers appropriately and help meet/exceed customer experience and production goals while managing risk and keeping information confidential.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills (or a combination of education and experience).
•Demonstrated comfort with sales activities to acquire new customers and cross-sell to established customers.
•Ability to demonstrate understanding of advanced math functions for analysis of credit and financial information.
•Ability to develop working knowledge of retail policies and procedures to make sound decisions.
•S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
