Key Responsibilities

  • •Own customer relationships, revenue, contracts, and outcomes for your accounts.
  • •Partner as a trusted advisor with customers’ engineering, quality, and operations teams to identify opportunities and improve quality control, root cause analysis, and operational efficiencies.
  • •Project manage delivery and adoption of Lumafield’s technical solutions.
  • •Identify, track, and quantify business impact, demonstrating ROI of Lumafield’s products and services.
  • •Proactively manage renewals, mitigate churn risk, and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and new use-case expansion opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •B.S. degree in Engineering.
  • •8+ years of experience including technical experience in engineering or manufacturing and client-facing experience (e.g., consulting or program management).
  • •Experience and passion for Lean, process improvement, quality, and applying technology in manufacturing.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication that adapts across organizational levels, including the ability to create and deliver executive presentations.
  • •Commercial business exposure, including understanding budget cycles and planning.
