•Coordinate internal and external resources (subcontractors and vendors) to ensure successful program execution.
•Review and approve vendor invoices, manage contract compliance, and coordinate accounting activities with Corporate Accounting.
•Maintain stakeholder relationships with business groups and industry allies to support Ameren Illinois’ energy efficiency objectives.
•Lead development, implementation, and tracking of projects using project management best practices, including tracking program metrics and preparing status reports.

Salary: USD 88,500 - 172,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required (MBA preferred).
•Five or more years of relevant experience in areas such as contract compliance, marketing, accounting, technology, data reporting, or engineering.
•May waive the degree requirement with nine or more years of directly relevant experience or with an Associate’s degree plus seven or more years of directly relevant experience.
•Working knowledge of MS Office Suite.
•Demonstrate critical thinking and a customer service approach, with strong leadership and influence skills.
