Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s inspection/reconditioning centers, handling everything from light maintenance to complex engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicle components. Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles and maintain vehicle climate control systems like AC and heater cores. Work in a fast-paced environment, following safety procedures and supporting a schedule with Monday–Friday coverage.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex repairs on all makes and models, including timing belts, suspension systems, and heavy engine work.
•Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Work as a team player and be able to work mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Minimum 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment, sometimes exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
•Use safety equipment such as face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments.
