Job Summary

Operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and analytics to build and scale a world-class talent function. Partner with the Head of Talent to model talent metrics, produce leadership and recruiting presentations, and drive people analytics initiatives and special projects. Support fast hypergrowth by streamlining processes and jumping into key operational work across recruiting—from candidate research and systems audits to initial screening.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain Excel/Sheets models, dashboards, and reporting for the talent team and leadership.
•Create slides and presentation materials for leadership updates, board decks, and recruiting collateral.
•Drive people analytics initiatives and run ad-hoc special projects (~20% of the role).
•Partner with the Head of Talent to manage priorities, streamline processes, and offload high-leverage operational tasks.
•Support recruiting operations as needed, from candidate research and systems audits to team communications and screening.
