Provide operational HR support for assigned business units by partnering with line managers and employees on day-to-day people matters. Serve as a first point of contact for HR policies, employee relations issues, and HR-related queries. Own end-to-end employee lifecycle activities (recruitment, performance, talent development, and movements), ensure HR data accuracy, support audits and regulatory reporting, and facilitate HR workshops.
