Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as the front-line ambassador for the Coach brand. Meet personal and store sales goals through cross-selling, upselling, and clienteling, while using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and drive repeat purchases. Support daily store operations, including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and asset protection—while collaborating with teammates to drive loyalty and revenue.
