Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and develop architectures for electrical systems, data center solutions, and industrial control products, and mentor product development teams to strengthen technical competencies.
  • •Lead hardware design and development to meet project schedules and budgets, delivering robust technical solutions while adhering to defined processes.
  • •Stay ahead of technology trends and define technology strategy to deliver solutions with competitive advantage.
  • •Promote an innovative environment that accelerates capability development and supports organizational growth.
  • •Own the hardware development lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, verification, validation, and certification.

Key Requirements

  • •B.E. / M.E / MTech in Power Electronics, E&TC, or Instrumentation.
  • •12–15 years of experience delivering power electronics and data center hardware projects end-to-end from concept through commercialization.
  • •Strong PCB design experience including schematic creation, component selection, prototype development, and industrialization.
  • •Deep knowledge of UL, IEC, and NEC standards for devices such as meters, breakers, fuses, relays, switchgears, and contactors.
  • •Expertise in power conversion and embedded implementation including AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC, gate drives, thermal management, and control strategies.
