Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2 years with a PhD.
  • •7+ years of product management experience defining product strategy, managing roadmaps, writing requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and delivering complex digital products.
  • •Proven track record launching, scaling, and continuously improving digital products, platforms, or MarTech capabilities with measurable impact.
  • •Strong understanding of marketing technology and customer engagement capabilities such as CRM, marketing automation, journey orchestration, personalization, segmentation, and customer experience.
  • •Experience working cross-functionally (engineering, design, analytics, marketing, legal, privacy, compliance, and regional stakeholders) with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
