Job Summary

Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling transformations as a trusted advisor, combining SAP functional expertise with people leadership. You’ll own Finance and/or Controlling streams and end-to-end process areas, shape target process and template strategies, and run customer workshops and management presentations. Coordinate stakeholders, drive solution design and presales activities, and identify improvements across finance, controlling, and logistics to deliver measurable business value—while advancing topics like AI and automation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling transformation programs and advise customers on strategic and operational topics as a trusted advisor.
•Own Finance and/or Controlling streams, sub-programs, or complex end-to-end process areas with responsibility for quality, efficiency, and sustainable results.
•Design target states, process architectures, template strategies, and roadmaps using SAP S/4HANA and industry best practices.
•Steer customer workshops, management presentations, and decision formats; translate business requirements into viable SAP solutions.
•Lead project teams (expert guidance), coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure structured, goal-oriented collaboration.

Key Requirements

•Completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, economics, or a comparable program.
•German at least C1 for communication with customers, top management, and internal stakeholders; very good English skills.
•8–10+ years of SAP project experience focused on Finance FI and/or Controlling CO, ideally with leading consulting, stream, or project responsibility.
•Experience in national and international SAP S/4HANA transformation programs (Greenfield, Brownfield, Hybrid scenarios).
•Deep functional/process expertise in SAP Finance and/or Controlling, including integration knowledge with logistics processes (MM, SD, PP).
