Specialist I Accounts Payable

Manage accounts payable activities for trade and intercompany vendor invoices using the ERP system. Validate purchase orders and invoices using 2,3,4-way matching and internal controls, investigate and clear disputed invoices, and support mailbox/repository management. Assist with month-end closing and produce accurate reporting while collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve invoice issues.
