Job Summary

Lead a team of New Partner Experience agents to onboard new restaurants onto the platform in France and grow their order volume over the first 8 weeks. You’ll work within the SMB team in Manchester, manage day-to-day oversight, coach and support attendance, and develop onboarding processes. Track performance, report results, set action plans, and ensure restaurants are comfortable with Deliveroo systems to drive successful partnerships.

•Establish a performance management framework and ensure agreed goals are met; ensure restaurants are comfortable with Deliveroo systems.
