Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in running store operations and leading the team to deliver sales and KPI performance. Set daily and weekly sales targets, monitor KPIs with reports, and drive action plans. Manage costs and key operational areas including stock, payroll, admin, and rota’s. Coach and develop team members, maintain brand visual standards, and take ownership of the store when the Store Manager is absent.
