Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as primary point of contact for enterprise customers, owning the customer interface from contract signature through onboarding and ongoing account management.
  • •Deliver efficient acknowledgement and resolution of issues while building relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback internally to influence programmatic and technical development.
  • •Retain and grow account value across both hardware and service revenue to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule.
  • •Identify and lead implementation of process and system enhancements to improve cross-functional handoffs and execution, evolve the customer experience, and scale the business.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; or high school diploma/equivalency and 2+ years of professional experience.
  • •2+ years of consulting or project management experience.
  • •1+ year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • •Ability to read contract documents and discern requirements and deliverables.
  • •Significant knowledge or experience in at least one of: reseller, maritime, aviation, mobile backhaul, or satellite communications.
