Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and maintain product supply plans and coordinate execution.
  • •Project and forecast supplies across suppliers with internal and external collaboration.
  • •Adapt modeled weekly capacity to customer demand changes in partnership with the Business Unit.
  • •Identify required demand mix for factory planners to execute and influence weekly supply commits.
  • •Develop tools to manage complex planning, BOM, and inventory flows, and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate on risk management strategies to prevent disruptions and ensure production continuity, including customer escalation and supply commit adjustments with Customer Operations/Global Logistics.

Key Requirements

  • •Own and maintain product supply planning and coordinate supplier execution.
  • •Project/forecast supplies across suppliers through internal and external cross-collaboration.
  • •Advanced supply chain analysis with strong Excel skills, including the ability to write macros.
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor and electronics (PCBA) manufacturing environments and supply chain processes.
  • •Strong experience with SAP and Kinaxis/Rapid Response (plus) and the ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.
