Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily production-floor inspections, correct unsafe conditions, and lead safety audits and ergonomic initiatives while ensuring HACCP and USDA regulatory adherence.
  • •Maintain food safety and food quality by enforcing company plans, training safe operating procedures (including lock-out/tag-out), and ensuring work follows product specifications.
  • •Track and analyze production yields, efficiencies, and variances, partnering with Operations Managers and Supervisors to improve workflows and equipment use to reduce downtime and costs.
  • •Direct and guide hourly production employees on safety, quality, and production goals; lead monthly line meetings and walk the production floor daily.
  • •Analyze production performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and suggest changes to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and maintain quality, including overseeing routine equipment/facilities maintenance and setup.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Experience leading others by training, coaching, mentoring, or managing a process/project.

  • •Ability to motivate, train, and coach employees to achieve peak performance in a positive, respectful, team-oriented environment.
