Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end planning, steering and autonomous leadership of ERP implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM.
•Support the sales team in creating proposals for potential and existing customers.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for customer and team challenges, ensuring project goals (budget, timelines, quality) are met and leading project teams across onshore and offshore locations.
•Define end-to-end processes and deliver services based on strong technical and functional expertise for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
•Apply the Avanade methodology to ensure agile project delivery and transparent project governance.

Key Requirements

•Proven project leadership and advisory experience with strong client-facing capabilities.
•Deep understanding of business processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM or similar ERP solutions.
•Experience leading teams onshore and offshore and coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft or a related field.
•Fluent German and English (minimum B2); additional languages are a plus.
