Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in full-cycle month-end close, including preparation and limited approval of journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance/flux analysis.
  • •Own and manage complex accounting transactions and reconciliations, including non-routine accruals, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and IFRS compliance.
  • •Act as an accounting point of contact for assigned business areas, providing guidance and support on day-to-day accounting inquiries.
  • •Manage the Rewards Point program, including accrual adequacy, documentation sufficiency, redemption management, and system reconciliation.
  • •Support audit activities and help assess and maintain internal controls by identifying control gaps and recommending improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • •6-8 years of full-cycle accounting experience covering General Ledger, financial analysis, monthly close, and complex reconciliations.
  • •Demonstrated experience leading teams in complex accounting areas such as IFRS 15 revenue recognition, gross vs. net analysis, and rewards accounting.
  • •Experience providing support to cross-functional business teams.
  • •Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred).
