VP Facility Management

Own effective workspace experience and end-to-end facilities operations management for the Taipei market in line with Real Estate Services strategy. Balance performance, cost, and risk mitigation while ensuring vendor management, contract compliance, and service quality. Oversee delivery across engineering, cleaning, maintenance/operations, sustainability, moves and changes, H&S, and small projects. Drive stakeholder planning and budgeting, implement MI-based performance monitoring, and act as a secondary escalation point for unresolved FM issues.
