•Generate complete mortgage applications while following applicable procedures and policies and meeting sales goals.

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent experience in residential mortgage sales.
•Two plus years of retail residential mortgage sales experience.
•Documented residential mortgage loan volume of at least $8 million in the past 12 months.
•Established relationships with local referral networks.
•Successful completion of SAFE Act requirements, including background checks and obtaining a Unique Identifier from the NMLS.
