Job Summary

Provide in-home preventative care and diagnostic services as part of Sprinter Health’s clinical workforce, supporting patients with low-acuity appointments. Prepare and transport with proper supplies and PPE, use modern mobile technology to access schedules and document care, and perform tasks such as phlebotomy and specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs. Coordinate sample labeling and drop-off to labs, and deliver compassionate, patient-centered support while working independently.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure you have proper supplies and PPE before caring for that day’s patients.
•Use modern technology to access your schedule and commute to each patient’s home.
•Build warm connections with patients and collect relevant information to perform assigned services.
•Deliver diagnostic and low-acuity care including phlebotomy, specimen collection, and screenings such as diabetic foot screenings and retina exams.
•Label and manage samples, coordinating drop-off to the appropriate lab or shipment facility.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

•Consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, confidentiality, care, and compassion to deliver high-quality health services.
•Previous experience in venipuncture and dependability, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
•Technologically savvy; comfortable using mobile devices for charting and HIPAA secure messaging apps for care coordination.
•Reliable transportation to travel to patient homes and ability to physically access patient homes (including climbing stairs and carrying up to 20 pounds).
•Hold state-required licensure/proof of training (or national certification where applicable) and Basic Life Support (BLS); maintain a valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
