Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute production strategies aligned to plant long-term objectives.
  • •Lead manufacturing operations to achieve quality, capacity, cost, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • •Drive improvements in operational performance, including scrap reduction, cycle time reduction, productivity enhancement, and on-time delivery.
  • •Manage daily production activities and workforce planning to meet customer requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, industrial engineering principles, quality systems, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • •Experience leading large, diverse production teams and driving productivity, quality, cost reduction, and delivery improvements.
