Job Summary

Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure firmware initiatives for AMD APUs and CPUs, from scoping and design through validation and release. Lead through influence on technical direction, guide pre- and post-silicon debugging, and partner across architects, program leadership, and firmware teams. Build expertise with firmware test-driven development and pre-/post-silicon environments, while driving automation and CI/CD improvements using GitHub Actions/Jenkins and secure infrastructure practices in cloud and Kubernetes-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure firmware features/projects from scoping and design through implementation, validation, and release.
•Drive architectural and design decisions, author/review design specifications and technical proposals, and ensure correctness and maintainability.
•Debug and resolve complex cross-component issues in pre-silicon and post-silicon environments.
•Lead by influence to set technical direction, align teams, and unblock execution across firmware and program stakeholders.
•Mentor and guide junior and midlevel engineers through design reviews, code reviews, and technical coaching to raise execution standards.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: RSD 2,979,340 - 4,256,200 annually

Key Requirements

•Experience delivering firmware infrastructure features end to end, including design, implementation, validation, and release.
•Strong CI/CD pipeline engineering skills, including GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins, with knowledge of modular workflows and build automation.
•Proficiency with automation and scripting (Python, Bash/Shell, PowerShell) to create build tooling, test orchestration, and integrate APIs.
•Hands-on knowledge of Linux command line and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP) and experience with security/secrets practices in CI/CD.
•Experience with software development in C/C++ or scripting plus embedded C experience (asset).
