Key Responsibilities

•Partner closely with the Co-CEO and Executive Team to drive strategic initiatives forward.
•Translate high-level goals into clear action plans with defined scope, owners, and timelines.
•Translate customer insights from the Co-CEO’s conversations into structured asks and follow-up.
•Maintain a single source of truth for top-priority initiatives and ensure consistent follow-through by identifying operational bottlenecks.
•Work cross-functionally across GTM, Partnerships, Product, Research, Engineering, and Finance to shape execution opportunities and build technical understanding of the roadmap.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience across investment banking, consulting, finance, or strategy & operations at early-stage startups.
•Motivated to build new systems in a high-growth environment with a focus on quality, scale, and automation.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to surface issues early and keep the right people informed.
•Executive presence and the ability to communicate effectively with senior technical and leadership stakeholders.
•High technical aptitude to understand complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues.
