Job Summary

Deliver analytics that directly shape investment decisions by building and maintaining reusable portfolio tools, signals, and dashboards. Partner with portfolio managers and front-office teams to support security selection and trade design using fair-value, relative-value, scenario, and contribution analysis. Conduct quantitative research across portfolio construction and asset allocation, and enhance automation and AI-enabled workflows to improve transparency, speed, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with portfolio managers and analysts to build and maintain analytic views, signals, and tools that source and prioritize investment opportunities.
•Support security selection and trade design using fair-value, relative-value, scenario, and contribution analysis across relevant asset classes and portfolios.
•Develop optimization frameworks, dashboards, and analytics packs for portfolio construction, ongoing monitoring, diversification/concentration evaluation, and performance versus expectations.
•Conduct quantitative research on portfolio construction, asset allocation, and strategy questions, packaging outputs into reusable decision-support tools.
•Leverage analytics layers and approved AI tools to accelerate research, monitoring, and reporting while maintaining transparency, human judgment, and documented assumptions and limitations.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of investment or quantitative experience supporting portfolio management, research, trading, or analytics in fixed income, structured products, multi-asset, or related markets.
•Strong grounding in portfolio analytics, statistics, econometrics, and quantitative research methods.
•Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis, modeling, back testing, and scenario work.
•Ability to translate investment questions into structured quantitative analyses, models, dashboards, and repeatable tools.
•Experience with AI/ML or AI-assisted workflow techniques in governed investment research, portfolio analytics, scenario analysis, or monitoring is preferred.
