Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain live, product-specific trackers for open compliance and legal items, including DRIs, status, and upcoming milestones.
  • •Triage new features against regulatory requirements ahead of development and ensure sign-off is built into delivery milestones.
  • •Coordinate third-party vendor management by maintaining product-specific vendor trackers and managing performance review cadence to closure.
  • •Support product launches and experiments with readily available fraud, dispute, and client engagement metrics alongside commercial KPIs; interpret data to surface emerging issues.
  • •Scan the market and monitor regulatory/market developments to inform the Krak roadmap and flag vendor capabilities or constraints affecting delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of experience in a product operations, strategy, or programme management role in a consumer fintech, payments, or banking business, ideally with a card or payments product.
  • •Strong knowledge of the regulatory and compliance landscape for consumer financial products across one or more regions.
  • •Experience working alongside or within fraud and risk functions, understanding how fraud controls interact with product design.
  • •Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with different stakeholders and cadences without missing critical details.
  • •Track record of turning complex operational data into clear, actionable management information (MI) for product and leadership teams.
