Advise the company on key tax decisions across M&A, tax planning, and tax audits. Lead cross-functional tax involvement from diligence through deal structuring, and identify tax risks and opportunities by modeling tax and accounting impacts. Support federal tax return positions by preparing position papers and talking points in response to IRS and other tax authority inquiries, staying current on tax legislation and practice.
