  • •Assess and improve current backend architecture for reliability, scalability, and security.

  • •Raise backend engineering best practices by building systems that make the right approach easier.
  • •Work closely with CTO and Head of Engineering in a hands-on, high-autonomy IC role.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years building and scaling backend systems, including taking a system from early stage to serious scale.
  • •Deep technical ability writing code, reviewing architectures, and debugging production issues.
  • •Recent production experience with Python and cloud infrastructure.
  • •Experience building backend systems that scale from Series A to Series C+ level growth.
  • •Experience handling sensitive data at volume in regulated domains.
